Television Academy Presents An Evening With Girls, Hollywood, CA, March 13, 2014:
Divergent premiere, New York City, March 20, 2014:
"I would love to do a period drama. I think that would be so much fun. I read a lot of classics - that's something I'm definitely drawn towards. I love an epic novel. I'm reading Vanity Fair right now for the first time, and am totally in love with it."
Discussing Girls and Shoshanna: "It's crazy -- an amazing compliment to us all. People have been wonderful. The only strange thing is that they often think I'm going to be like her, which I'm really, really not."
Discussing feminism: "There's been an interesting perspective shift: wanting to get married and have kids is almost thought of as unfeminist. It's come to be seen as weak or desperate or that your priorities are out of whack. I think the definition of feminism has been a bit bastardised, and it needs to be addressed. It doesn't mean losing your femininity."
